An IPL system can be used to heal and erase brown age spots, broken blood vessels and other skin issues brought on by sun exposure. The Medilux is effective in treating acne, rosacea, and permanent hair reduction and in some cases, permanent hair removal. It can also perform facials which increase collagen production to reduce fine wrinkles and improve skin tone, pore size and elasticity.
The cost of treatment is determined in an initial consult with Dr. Lycette of 30 minutes that costs $57. This is a short assessment to determine your skin type, medical history, and the scope of treatment you require. Treatment, dependant on scheduling and the findings in the assessment, may be possible on the day of the consult. The cost of the initial consult will count towards the first session of IPL.
